POP PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please take time to read our terms and conditions before booking any Pop Party packages or ordering any Gift Vouchers, and do not hesitate to contact us on any point requiring clarification.
Bookings
No guarantee can be made as to booking availability on any particular day. We advise that the customer books as soon as possible before the preferred date.
Your Pop Party will last either 1.5 or 2 hours depending on the package booked. Your Dance Party will last 2.5 hours and is dependent on choreographer availability.
Your solo recording session will last either 1, 1.5, 2 or 3 hours depending on the package booked.
CD/DVD and photos for all attending party are included in the basic cost for all packages. Additional CDs/Dance DVDs can be ordered on the day of the session for £5.00 each.
Posters can be ordered on the day of the session for £2.00 each.
CD covers will be delivered free of charge by Royal Mail within 7 days of session.
All photographs taken will be supplied on CD and posted with CD covers.
Invitations will be supplied, and used as backstage passes when attending session (lanyards & holders provided).
Pop Parties, Dance Parties & recording sessions can be booked on any day of the week except Xmas and New Years day. (subject to availability and location).
We will contact you at least 5 days in advance to be advised song list to ensure we have the backing tracks you need.
There is no deposit required, pay on day cash or cheque.
Invoices will be provided on request.
There is no Debit/Credit Card facilities available for payment.
There is no extra charge if you supply your own refreshments/ snacks.
Any refreshments will be consumed within stated party slot.
Access to studio will be available at stated time of entry.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be paid for on receipt, or on day of recording.
A gift voucher entitles you to book a Pop, Dance Party or recording session to the value of the voucher - you do not need to specify the session date at the time of purchase.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers will be delivered free of charge by Royal Mail within 5 days of order or can be emailed if preferred.
Cancellations
There are no Pop Party cancellation fees.
There are studio cancellation fees of £40 if cancellation made within 48hours and at present cost is paid by us so please give us as much notice as possible!
After purchasing a gift voucher, you have the right to cancel within seven days, provided you do not actually book before doing so. To cancel your gift voucher purchase, simply contact us with your name, billing address and the price of the voucher will be refunded.
Refunds/Complaints
The easiest way of resolving a complaint is to address them on the day. If your complaint cannot be resolved on the day please inform us by writing to our Director:

You can claim a refund up to 7 days after session takes place. Refunds after this period will be at our discretion and will be subject to a £20 or 20% (whichever is greater) admin fee. Note that refunds can only be made to the purchaser. Refunds will not be made to the user or any third party. The request for a refund must be made in writing within seven calendar days and delivered or sent to our registered offices (email is acceptable).
Insurance/Safety
A safety brief will always be given when entering studio premises to raise awareness of any personal risk. When booking sessions you accept the existence of an element of risk. We have our own liability insurance which will provide insurance for participants in the case of negligence on our behalf.
All private property is left at the owners risk.
Data Proctection
Pop Party Ltd is compliant with the guidelines set out under the Data Protection Act 2007.
Marketing
We will from time to time contact you regarding offers, competitions and promotions you may find of interest. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please contact us.
Competitions
Pop Party Ltd will run competitons for time to time. Terms and conditions available on request.
Disclaimer
Customers will be asked to sign a disclaimer on the day to allow use of photos and testimonials for promotinal purposes.
